 Here's the shape of the pool. We're getting rid of the diving board. Keeping the big crepe myrtle. All other plants and trees can go. We want to deck to the back right corner (around the crepe myrtle). Keeping the circled garden area, planning to tile it and make that the fountain area. John, the pool guy, is advocating a wall (6-12 inches) (on big picture - orange lines) on the edge to the right of the garden area and over to the wall that comes back to the house/ and/or diving board wall. He's talking about having columns at the ends with waterfalls. We don't think we want the columns. Not sure on the walls. What do y'all think? Sheer water falls might be cool but expensive and wonder if it really works with the fountain. |
We want to add more deck to the left, taking it to the gate at the back.
